Testing contaminated products in our lab

Recyclers of textiles need to make sure that the textiles they recycle are free from hazardous substances to prevent them from making their way back into new products and to the consumers. One of the goals of CRTX.ai is to enable testing for hazardous substances in textiles with our material analysis methods. Therefore, we were happy to come together with Janna Kuhlmann from the BUND. With their ongoing testing efforts of everyday products they are working on making consumer products safer. She was so kind as to provide us with samples from their recent testing of objects from various hardware stores, which were contaminated with different hazardous substances.
